The above figures represent the total tuition. The $200 per child seat deposit will be deducted form these amounts. Please Note: All registration and seat deposits are non-refundable.

Tuition Refund Policy

The Tuition Refund Policy at Immaculate Conception School is as Follows:

1. Monthly (FACTS) payment - No refund for withdrawal at any time.

2. Bi-annual (FACTS) payment (June/December) - 50 % refund of amount paid before the first day of school; no refund after school starts.
3. Full tuition paid-up-front - 50% refund of amount paid before the first day of school; if withdrawal is before the end of the first trimester, refund will be 25%.

After School Programs Preschool - Grade 6

Parents Letter and Form

In September, we will be again offering an after school program for working parents. At 2:30 dismissal, students would go directly to this program where they may remain, if necessary, until 5:30 p.m.

On early release days, the program would begin at 11:30.

Each month a calendar will be sent home. The parent will check off the days on which the child(ren) will be attending the program, attach a check and return to the school. Following are two fee schedules: One for students who are preregistered and one for drop-in students.

Registered students: $7.00 Hr. or $21.00 daily
Two children registered in Advance: $9.00 Hr. or $27.00 daily

Drop-in students: $8.00 Hr. or $24.00 daily
Two children drop-in $10.00 Hr. or $30.00 daily

Snacks may be purchased for .50 each or you may send one from home.

The program will include an opportunity (45 minutes in good weather and 60 minutes in bad weather) for students to do their homework. This is not a tutoring service so homework is not checked and students are on their honor as to whether or not they completed it. As much as possible, students will participate in physical games, either in the gym or the school yard. Preschool students to grade 1 students will be grouped together and grades 2-6 will be together. On early release days, a movie will be shown. A wide range of other activities will be available to the students.
