The Immaculate Conception School competes in the Middlesex C.E.S.B.L. (Catholic Elementary School Basketball League) B: League. The League is made up of local Catholic schools and teams are open to students in grades 5-8. Immaculate Conception School fields four teams: Boys' Varsity and JV and Girls' Varsity and JV.
